Its difficult to think outside the box when you have an intolerance to wheat. We have this crazy idea that wheat fills us up. But that is just what we think, it isn’t actually true. Also many people get gluten and wheat confused, but the good news is 95% of people have a wheat or grain intolerance, not a gluten intolerance. check out the   food intolerance page   

A few simple recipes that use alternatives to wheat.

Other alternative's you can use instead of wheat flour are buckwheat, spelt flour, chickpea flour, (Gram) coconut flour, oat flour, almond flour.
These are easy to digest and don't cause the stomach issues that many people get from wheat flour.

1. Avocado

Now didn’t your mother always tell you to eat up your greens because they are good for you. Now  you know how they really are

Carrots

Contain Beta-carotene which is absorbed in the intestine and converted into vitamin A during digestion. They also contain fiber, vitamin K, potassium, along with  folate, manganese, phosphorous, also rich in  magnesium, vitamin E and zinc. 

Spinach

Is an excellent source of vitamin K and vitamin A, also manganese, folate and magnesium; its  a great source of iron and  B vitamins, Loaded with vitamin E; and calcium; along potassium and vitamin C. It is also a very good source of dietary fiber, and rich in phosphorus, zinc, protein and choline in all a great food, doesn’t get much healthy than this.

Are rich source of  B vitamins. they contains most of water soluble forms of  (vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5 and B9). Also Vitamin C. Vitamin E. and Fiber. Try this juice  for yourself have it for breakfast at least 5 times a week. This simple juice will keep you  feeling full for 4/5 hours so you don’t need to fill up on toast or cereals.

Home Made Healthy Granola

3 cups of pitted dates
1/2 a cup almond flakes
1/2 a cup coconut flakes
pinch of salt 
put all ingredients into a blender mix until roughly mixed.
store in fridge it will keep for 2 weeks.
